Lot 814

1877-S. NGC graded MS-66. Light blue and gold toning on both sides. Semi reflective fields are noted, as the dies must have been new when this one was struck. The large open field on the right obverse is very clean, a delightful example of how these coins can look, but so seldom do as most show scattered handling marks in this large open area. Here is a wonderful exception which will delight any specialist. A scarce coin in this grade. Pop 16; 6 finer, 1 in 66+, 5 in 67. Estimated Value $2,900 - 3,000
