1899 Barber Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 67 Cameo. Fully white gem. Only 846 proofs struck. This fully struck Gem Proof has glowing icy white head of Liberty and eagle with no problems on either side. Very elusive in such Superb condition and with intact mint brilliance that is blinding. Here, too, we are struck by the nice, convincing design detail for all areas of this important Proof with not even the slightest amount of flatness on the stars or hair on Liberty.
