1856-O Liberty Seated Half Dollar. WB-102, recut date. NGC graded MS-65. Listed as a Rarity 7 in this grade by Wiley-Bugert in their 1993 book, "The Complete Guide to Liberty Seated Half Dollar". Beautifully toned in lilac, steel-blue, rose-red, and olive pastels. Quite likely the finest Recut Date 1856-O Half Dollar in existence. NGC reports 14 in this grade and only three finer (all in MS-66).
