Excellent, Complete T-Rex Juvenile Tooth, Powder River County, Montana. This complete T-Rex tooth is 1½" long with sharp serrations and rather thick for its size having a squared base which helps define it as being from a juvenile-Rex. All T-Rex teeth are shed teeth except the very few that are found with the root still attached. This impressive and rare tooth has excellent dark brown color with no restoration with just some feeding wear on the tip. It was found in a lake bed on a private ranch in the 65-67 million year old Hell Creek Formation of Powder River County, Montana. All T-Rex teeth are in great demand, but those very few that are not broken and repaired are rarely encountered. Estimate Value $800 - UP
