Two Flies or Fleas Captured Mid-Coitus in 100 Million Old Burmite Amber. Two mating flies or fleas measuring approximately 4 mm in a clear honey colored amber cabochon measuring 13 x 10 mm from Burma. The two brown flying insects are very clearly displayed in this 100 million year old amber cabochon. This is one of the oldest fossil records of mating insects being preserved during mating. Preserved in a 8 x 6" Riker mount with an enlarged photo of the rare, randy insects. Estimate Value $800 - UP
