1817 N-6 R1. PCGS graded MS-65+ Brown. CAC Approved. Lustrous light olive and bluish steel brown with traces of faded mint color remaining on both sides. Great eye appeal. The only defects are a dull diagonal nick just right of the eye, a splash of darker reddish chocolate brown toning inside the C in AMERICA, and a small spot of carbon under the left foot of that first A. Nicely struck E-MDS. The dentils are complete around both sides and fine radial die flowlines show at the dentil tips. Called MS65 by Del Bland. Our grade is MS63+, close to MS64.
