Lot 702

1833 N-1 R2 PCGS graded MS62 Brown. Frosty mix of olive brown, chocolate, and lighter brown. Traces of faded mint color show in protected areas on the reverse. No notable marks, but the luster is subdued by a thin layer of natural oxidation. It looks like this cent has never been brushed. May be a good candidate for a little professional TLC to bring out the underlying beauty. LDS. The lump between the T & A in STATES is gone and the die cracks on the reverse are strong. Our grade is MS60. Pop 23; 72 finer at PCGS. Estimate Value $600 - UP

Realized $823
