1846 N-3 R2 Small Repunched Date EF45. Glossy olive brown and chocolate, the obverse a couple shades darker than the reverse. A small, thin vertical nick right of the nostril is the only notable mark. Rare M-LDS, die state e, with clearly defined rim cud breaks at TES and the adjacent O. Tied for CC#5 honors for the die state in the Grellman census. Estimated Value $250-UP
