Alexander White III a professor of history at UCLA was presented with this signed presentation and photo by all nine Supreme Court Justices in the Winter of 1990. Those sitting were Thurgood Marshall, Sandra Day O'Connor, Anthony Kennedy, William Rehnquist, Antonin Scalia, Harry Blackman, John Paul Stevens, William J. Brennan Jr. and Byron R. White. All signatures exceptionally bold and clear, signed in mat below their official color portrait which measures 11" x 14". Handsomely framed to 18" x 22". Very fine.
