1812/1 Overdate 2 over 1 with Large 8 Overton-101a R5 PCGS XF Details Scratch. A sharply detailed example of this very rare variety but lightly cleaned and there are a couple fine scratches from the neck to star 1. Otherwise this piece is quite nice and mint frost shows in the protected areas on both sides. Medium gray with lighter silvery-gray in the protected areas. A die crack connects the date to most of the stars. A decent example of this very rare variety, the rarest of the year and a prize for Bust Half Dollar specialists.
