Miranda, Carmen and Cesar Romero (1909-1955) Portuguese-Brazilian samba singer and actress; known as the "Brazilian Bombshell." Inscribed photograph signed in purple ink (somewhat faded), 14" x 11", 1941. Inscribed in Portuguese "For Ralph with the best wishes of Carmen Miranda." at the beginning of her Hollywood film career. Very good; a white scratch at the very top touches the top of the first letter; minor soiling in left border. With a 14" x 11" signed photo of Cuban-American actor Cesar Romero (1907-1994) inscribed in English to Ralph; Romero sometimes starred opposite Carmen Miranda, but is best known for his portrayal of the Joker in the television series Batman.
