1808 C-3 R1 VF20. Rotated Reverse. Glossy chocolate brown and steel. Smooth and choice except for a few faint spots of dark crud or carbon in the field under the hair ribbon. MDS, Manley state 3.0. The reverse is rotated 160 degrees CCW, nearly upset.
