1818 N-3 R3 VF35. Sharpness EF45 or a bit better but recolored frosty dark olive and bluish steel with lighter steel brown on the highest points of the devices. The only marks are a couple tiny rim nicks at the top of the reverse and a tiny rim bruise at the bottom of the reverse. Late die state. The spike up from the tip of the coronet is gone and only about half of the dentils on the obverse are still present. Removed from a PCGS holder graded AU Details Cleaning (PCGS label #36607.92/28334040 included, and it shows the attribution and Ellsworth provenance). Estimated Value $250 - UP
