1818 N-3 R3 AU50. Frosty dark steel gray with a few tiny specks of lighter olive toning on the reverse, the largest of these at the top of the E in STATES. The only contact marks are two diagonal nicks in the field before the face. The surfaces are satiny with just a hint of rub on the highest points of the devices. LDS. The spike up from the coronet tip is gone and the reverse is rotated 30 degrees CCW. Noyes graded AU55 net AU50 and tied for CC#7, his photo #25433. Removed from an NGC slab graded MS62BN (NGC label #502693-001 included, and it shows the attribution and Rasmussen provenance). Estimated Value $1,250 - UP
