1831 N-8 R3 Large Letters NGC graded AU58. Frosty medium steel and chocolate with slightly darker steel brown toning on the highpoints of the devices. The notable marks are a couple small puffs of slightly darker toning at stars 1 & 2, a couple more at stars 12 & 13, and a collection of relatively fresh nicks on CENT. MDS. There is a die crack though the tops of TED-ST but no extensions up to the dentils from the top of the T in UNITED or the first S in STATES. Our grade is net EF45+. Estimate Value $400 - UP
