ASTP, 1975, Deke Slayton's Autographed Documents, A diverse group of seven receipts, letters, etc, all hand-signed by Deke Slayton. Included are 1) a 1989 "Texas Franchise Tax Extension Request", 2) a 1979 NASA Ames Field "Aviation Safety Reporting System" form where he reported: "Violated Altitude Restrictions in Climbout", 3) a 1975 Dept. of Transportation form that says: "Holder shall wear correcting glasses while excercising the priveleges of his airman certificate", 4) two similar Woodward & Lothrop department store receipts - one for "Men's Active" and one for "Adult Books", 5) a Mountain View, CA "County Inn" undated room receipt and 6) a 1974 typed letter on NASA letterhead in which he acknowledges the 13 books he has on personal loan from NASA's Technical Library. An interesting and diverse lot.
