1785 Nova Constellatio Crosby 3-B R1 Pointed Rays PCGS graded VF35. Frosty medium brown and light chocolate with steel brown toning on the highpoints. The surfaces are smooth and void of any notable marks. A curved planchet clip (as struck) touches the bottom edge of the 5 in the date, and the Mint Error status is noted on the PCGS label. The date and legends are complete and strong. A nice mid-grade example of this popular US colonial copper. Estimated Value $200 - UP
