Apollo 17, 1972, "EC" Initialed Crew Patch (4.5") This patch is slightly soiled and has some threads dangling. Included is a COA that reads: "This is to certify that this Apollo XVII crew patch belonged to my husband, Deke Slayton, and was given to him by the crew. It was locked in his safe deposit box along with other space memorabilia. This patch is genuine in all respects / signed Bobbie Slayton". Only 150 similar initialed crew patches were given to each crew member of which the Cernan patch seems to have shown up the least number of times.A rare patch.
