1832 N-1 R2. NGC graded MS-63 Brown. Lustrous medium brown with slightly darker steel brown toning on the highpoints. There are two small spots of darker chocolate toning in the field before the portrait, and these are surrounded by a few microscopic contact marks, none notable. A barely visible planchet crack shows in the dentils at star 2 (as struck). MDS. The always-present die crack on the bottom of the reverse is clear and the two die scratches from the leaf tip below the first A in AMERICA are dull but visible. Our grade is AU58.
