Ruby Jack: Two Signed Contracts from 1961 and Two Signed Check from 1950 (1911-1967) Murderer of Lee Harvey Oswald, John F. Kennedy's assassin. Supremely corrupt nightclub owner with deep mob connections, Ruby operated clubs in Dallas from which two of these signed pieces reference. Two signed check dated September 3, and September 30, 1950 from The Silver Spur one made out to Coca-Cola
From 1961, a AGVA Standard Form Contract for a female dancer, Opal Holmes for the Carousel Club. Here Ruby signs the contract as "operator" and adds in his hand that "the artist agrees to a rehearsal time of 4 p.m. Days specified by owner." The other for a musician again for the Carousel Club on 1312½ Commerce Street, Dallas for stage shows and dance to Dale Stephenson. Estimated Value $300 - 600
