1829 N-9 R4 Medium Letters Reverse VF35+. Sharpness EF45 with ample mint frost showing on both sides, but there are too many tiny nicks on the obverse for the sharpness grade. Otherwise this cent is choice and the eye appeal remains excellent. Frosty medium chocolate brown and steel. Sharply struck LDS with all the obverse die cracks listed by John Wright in The Cent Book. An important cent, at the lower end of the condition census for this scarce die variety. Estimate Value $1,000 - UP
