This note has survived several decades with outstanding qualities leading to the high grade received. Oversized with good margins and intense colors. Multicolored fibers and dots seen throughout the edges. The embossing is extremely strong, creating beautiful paper waves seen through the holder. Woman seated with globe at center on the obverse side. With three signatures. Only a few finer. PCGS 65 PPQ Gem New.
