1917-D. Mint mark on obverse. NGC graded MS-65. Nice even light gold and russet toning. Very choice with a fairly sharp strike on all but the central devices which are a trifle soft. This is the second year of issue of this series, and was struck early in the year when the mintmarks were still placed on the obverse below the Motto. A glorious example of this prized Denver issue!
