1852 First Restrike Proof Breen 1-B R5 PCGS graded Proof-64 Brown. Beautiful bluish steel and olive with underlying faded mint red in places, particularly on the obverse. The only notable marks are a faint spot of slightly darker toning under the right side of the 5 and another near the dentils over star 11, plus a spot of lighter tan toning on the tip of the coronet. The reverse is flawless. Our grade is Proof-62. Pop 17; 15 finer, 2 in 64+, 8 in 65, 1 in 65+, 4 in 66. Estimate Value $4,000 - UP
