Copy of Enola Gay New York: Stein and Day, 1977, by Gordon Thomas and Max Morgan Witts, signed on the first end page by the crew of the Enola Gay, the plane that flew the atomic bomb to Hiroshima, Japan on August 6, 1945. Each man wrote his position after his signature: Tom Ferebee, Bombardier; Dutch Van Kirk, Navigator; George R. Caron, Tail Gunner; Paul W. Tibbets, Pilot; R.H. Nelson, Radio; and Morris Jeppson, Weapon Test Officer.
