1806 C-2 R4 Small 6 with Stems PCGS graded AU55+. Frosty light olive and bluish steel with faint peeps of very faded mint color showing in a couple protected places. Nicely struck with excellent eye appeal, just a hint of friction on the highest points of the devices. No spots or stains, and the only marks are a few faint hairline scratches on the cheek and two more in the field before the face. MDS, Manley state 2.0. There are die clashmarks at RT in LIBERTY but no die cracks. Our grade is AU50 sharpness net EF45+ for the faint hairlines. A very nice example of the Small 6 with Stems type. PCGS population 1; 5 in 58, 1 in 62, 1 in 63. Estimate Value $4,000 - UP
