1885 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. PCGS graded MS-65. Well struck and a gorgeous white gem. Low mintage date, only 5,200 struck. One would be hard pressed to locate a more pristine 1885 seated Liberty half dollar at this grade level, even if one were known to either NGC or PCGS. The richly frosted, rotating white surfaces, like summer sheet-lightning provides a vibrancy of unimpeded mint luster. Pop 10; 3 in 66, 3 in 67 (PCGS # 6367) .
