1868 Indian Head Cent. NGC graded Proof 65 Red. Superb color and surfaces for the grade, and a date that is downright impossible (well nearly) to locate this nice. NGC in their Population Report reflects this, we see that they have graded just 3 this high, with 2 coins graded higher (both MS-66 Red). There is a small lint mark on Liberty's neck, touching the diamond laden ribbon. Free of spots or other detriments, and simply a superb gem for the collector.
