1885-CC NGC graded EF Details. Improperly cleaned. Only 9,450 pieces struck of which 393 examples are estimated to have survived. The obverse displays subdued golden hues while the reverse exhibits more intense golden orange toning. Twice as scarce as 1883-CC or 1884-CC, the two common dates from this mint (PCGS # 9004) .
