1884-CC $20 Liberty. NGC graded AU-55. A nice frosty example with luster gleaming off both sides. The collector who wants to own just one CC mint twenty from the 3rd Type often will choose a date from the early 1880s. These tend to be more carefully made than others, often with good eye appeal (as here) plus other desirable features. Only 81,139 struck (PCGS # 9001) .
