1793 S-11b R4 Wreath Cent, Lettered Edge PCGS graded F15, CAC Approved. Variety with two leaves following DOLLAR. Glossy steel brown and chocolate with medium brown toning in protected areas of both sides. Only a few trivial marks on otherwise choice, smooth surfaces. The notable marks are some very tiny planchet chips in the field before the portrait (small planchet imperfections that didn’t completely strike out), another under the second 0 in the denominator, and a small rim nick at the first A in AMERICA. MDS, Breen state II. The date is strong and the legends are complete. The edge lettering is bold, including the double leaf feature following DOLLAR. Our grade is F12.
