Great Britain. Silver Medal, 1689. Med Ill. I. p. 649,3 (plate LXIX,3). James II. Silver. 50 mm. Struck in Holland by Jan Smeltzling. Light of James II in 1689. Bust left with hair confined in a bag, in mantle fastened with brooch on the shoulder. Reverse: A column, struck and broken by lightning issuing from the name of Jehovah in Hebrew, radiated. View of London from the south. Rare. About Uncirculated.
