Lot 222

1835 N-5 R2 Head of 1834, Small 8 PCGS graded MS62 Brown. Frosty chocolate and steel with a small spot of lighter toning at the upper right point of star 12. Satiny mint luster covers the fields on both sides and this cent has excellent eye appeal. Looks mint state but there is a hint of friction on the highest points of the devices. EDS with crisp dentils on the obverse. Our grade is AU55. (Note: The PCGS label says "Head of 1836" which is incorrect.). Estimate Value $800 - UP
