1907. PCGS graded Proof 64 Cameo. A dazzeling golden-orange cameo Proof specimen. Only 154 Proofs struck. As one might easily surmise, this is a resplendent 1907 Liberty Quarter Eagle, and it is final year of the Type. In terms of eye appeal this is one of the choicest, most attractive toned examples we have offered recently. The fields are nicely mirrored and there is just the slightest bit of frost over the devices. Each side displays more visual appeal than others in comparable grade, as well as the appearance of originality. From a technical viewpoint, there is a tiny water spot on the first star (get out your magnifier), but we see no other post-striking imperfections on either side of this beautiful coin.
