1829 N-6 R1 Large Letters PCGS graded AU58, CAC Approved. Frosty golden tan and light brown faded down from mint color in the fields and protected areas with darker steel brown and light chocolate toning on the highpoints. This cent looks mint state but there is a hint of friction on the highest points of the devices. No spots or stains. The only notable marks are a dull nick in the dentils above star 6, a dull scratch above NE in ONE, and a dull nick on the left foot of the T in CENT. Otherwise this cent is choice. Sharply struck EDS with crisp dentils around both sides. Our grade is AU50. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 2; 4 finer: 1 in 63, 1 in 64, 1 in 65, 1 in 66. PCGS #36919.
