Israel. Rare Lot of Four 1965 Israel Bonds Presentation Medals. On each obverse appears the Hebrew words "Independence and Development Bond Drive" entwined in a burst of sunshine, symbolizing the source of energy; the sun's rays cause the wheels of industry to move. Inside the wheel, spokes are seen - the enterprises which the bonds helped to develop. First medal, is 59mm tombac with signature on reverse of Prime Minister Golda Meir. Second is 59mm tombac with signature on reverse of Prime Minister Levi Eshkol. Third is 59mm.115gm of 935 silver without signature on reverse. Fourth is 59mm.115gm of .935 silver with signature on reverse of Prime Minister Golda Meir. All are rare, with unknown mintages. Estimate Value $750 - 1,000
