1890 Morgan Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 63. Only 590 struck. Well struck with a hint of light gold tone near the edges. Mostly untoned. The fields have nice reflectivity when the coin is rotated under a light. A sharply struck example that has a few faint hairlines on the cheek. Fewer 1890-dated Dollars were minted in Proof than the more famous 1895, which makes the issue likely scarcer than the famous 1895 issue if one ignores the presence of business strike 1890-P dollars!
