1796 S-89 R3 Liberty Cap G6. Clipped Planchet. Slightly sharper but there is a rim dent before the tip of the nose and a few light scratches in the field near the dentils before the neck. The surfaces are smooth and the toning is an attractive glossy chocolate brown and steel. EDS, Breen state I. There is a rather large planchet clip on the left side of the obverse and over TED in UNITED but not touching those letters. The date is bold and the legends are complete. Holmes #0114.
