1828 C-1 R1 13 Stars PCGS graded MS63+ Brown, CAC Approved. Frosty uniform light to medium brown. The only mark is a small wisp of darker olive brown toning on the A in STATES. MDS, Manley state 2.0. The spine from the leaf tip over the H in HALF is short. Our grade is MS60. The attribution and Green Tree Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; none finer for the variety. Estimate Value $800 - UP
