Cav.; Winfield Scott, free-franked address panel with rank, Major Genl.; Benjamin Butler, 1877 New York check signed to Miss E R Eastman; Admiral David D. Porter, signature and rank on small paper affixed to a larger page; Daniel E. Sickles, signature as Maj. Gen. on card with rank, Oct. '81, matted with engraving and framed to 15½ x 10"; Nelson A. Miles, bold signature on a 2 ½ x 4" card; G.T.
