1798 S-145 R3 Large 8, Style I Hair F12. A few points sharper with extremely fine granularity in the fields and protected areas, but this cent looks choice to the unaided eye. No verdigris and only a few trivial contact marks, including a tiny scratch on the neck and a diagonal nick at the bottom of the O in ONE. Nicely struck EDS, Breen state I. The date is bold and the legends are strong except for the usual weakness inside the wreath. Estimated Value $300-UP
