Phoenicia, Byblos. Uncertain king. Silver 1/16 Stater (0.56 g), before 450 BC. Sphinx with spread wings and wearing double crown of Egypt seated left. Reverse: Horus falcon standing left, wearing double crown of Egypt, crook and flail over shoulder; all within incuse square. Cf. Elayi p. 5, 2 (1/8 stater); cf. HGC 10, 121 (same).
