1896 Barber Half Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 63. Old green holder. A nice white coin with slight cameo effect. The sparkling white frosted devices complement strong unifying mirrors to create a nice ensemble, even though lightly hairlined. Nicely struck as are most 1896 Proofs, this being the pinnacle in terms of high quality proof mintage (PCGS # 6543) .
