1881. PCGS graded MS-68 PQ. CAC Approved. A gem Mint State example. Low mintage date of 7,620 pieces. However, this issue is about as rare as the much lower mintage 1880. Given the number of gems known, this 1881 truly compares favoribly. Only a couple are certified in higher grades, and this one stands tall at the MS-68 grade level. A dream coin for the specialist to pursue (PCGS # 7582) .
