This broadly margined Gem from the Chicago district is one of only 5 examples from this bank to receive the 66PPQ grade to date by PCGS, with only three finer. As the marketplace finally begins to give small size Federal Reserve Notes the attention that they've long deserved, it is becoming apparent that there are many grade rarities among many series.
