Wells Signed, n.p., n.d., 1p., octavo. The page states that the American edition has been limited to 1,050 copies, of which 1,000 are for sale and 50 for presentation. This page is number "374." Matted with a wonderful 8¾ x 6½ in. seated image of Wells, holding a cane in his right hand and his hat in his left, attractively framed to an overall size of 12 x 15¼ in.
