1917-S. Type 2. NGC graded MS-65 Full Head. The rivits are also complete. Lovely delicate golden-russet toning on both sides. The 1917-S has a mintage in line with others struck during World War One. It is actually quite an elusive issue in high grade and with full detail on Liberty's head. The head details on this piece are fully brought up while the mint luster gleams over each side. Mainly brilliant under the color, the peripheries display sharp rim and ornamental detail with a full strong date present. Pop 22; 16 finer.
