In NGC holder graded PR65 (only five certified proofs by NGC, including possible resubmissions, one is 62, three are 64 and a single 65, this coin, PCGS has graded only one proof at 62), gem quality exhibiting full brilliance overlaid in pale gold highlighted by russet in the protected areas. A rare Proof strike, the highest graded and maybe the finest extant. ex FDC Collection.
