Two Ancient Roman Squat Jars with Flared Rims, Likely Cosmetic, 3rd-4th Century CE. Two fine jars, the tallest at 11 cm has a great shape and a particularly fine, flared mouth a glass band on the neck which may have allowed for a lid. Translucent green with areas of iridescence. Squat pot with a slight swirl in the glass blowing 8 cm. Choice condition for both. Estimated Value $500 - 800
