Russian Lacquer Boxes: Three Lovely Hand Painted Boxes From Fedoskino, Including a Beautiful Winter Landscape. Two vintage lacquer boxes from Fedoskino, and one somewhat recent. 1.) Beautiful box hand painted of a small village in winter. Great detail and artistry including the birds in the trees and the telling architecture of the roof tops. 1¾ x 5 x 4". 2.) Rectangular box of a lovely hand painted maiden standing next to a tree, her sarafan resplendent in gold leaf and green trim. 1¾ x 7 x 2½" and in excellent pre-owned condition with only minor evidence of use. 3.) Small box, a lovely minature of women carrying pails talking, in the distance the warm glow of a fire and lanterns illuminate the windows. 1 x 2¼ x 3¼" quite jewel like with all the gold leaf, and in mint condition.
